Job Profile
•Responsible for providing technical support for hardware, systems, applications for customers.
•Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
•Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
•Involves upselling.
Skill set required:
•Strong telephone etiquette skills.
•Good verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organization and problem solving skills.
Required:
Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems & Printers.
Eligibility :
•Freshers with No Back Papers in the previous semesters can apply.
•Should be willing to work in Night Shifts
