| |
- Answering to customer calls or Making calls to customers
- Manage queries from customers by giving them suitable answers as required.
- Maintaining the quality of customer service by tracking the queries using software provided, escalating the queries whenever necessary, tracking the response time etc
- Required to multitask, adapt to situations and take decisions
- Strong team working skills
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Minimum computer knowledge like MS office and Internet, Email.
- Willing to work in Shifts which may include night shifts.
- Need high levels of motivation.
